With coring scheduled the 9 Hole members decided to treat themselves to a day off course.  A cooking demonstration was arranged with Wayne Good and 17 members enjoyed a French inspired menu.  After the in kitchen demonstration the food (fois gras, rillette de porc, canard parmentier, salad de legumes, clafoutis, creme brulee) was served for members to enjoy.  A fabulous day out considering it was one of the first club days that we have had rain!
